Random Tags Cloud displays your tags by selecting randomly. Of course, you can customize other tag cloud's settings. It allows you to display your site's tags on your sidebar. It works just like a regular tags cloud, but you can customize it. If you set, it gets your tags by selecting randomly. Of course, you can set other settings; font sizes, number of tags to display, how to order etc.
Now you can add a 'Show All Tags' link to your tags archive page.
Installation
- Make sure you are running WordPress version 2.3 or better. It won't work with older versions.
- Download the zip file and extract the contents.
- Upload the 'random-tag-cloud' folder or 'random-tag-cloud.php' to your plugins directory (wp-content/plugins/).
- Activate the plugin through the 'plugins' page in WP.
- See 'Design'->'Widgets' to place it on your sidebar. Set the settings
If you don't use 'Widgets', add following codes in your 'sidebar.php' to place 'Random Tags Cloud' on your sidebar. Change the parameters as you want:

Options
Widget's options allow you to change your tag cloud's displaying.
Title: Your tag cloud's title on your sidebar.
Number of Tags: Controls the total number of tags in your cloud.
Font Unit: What unit to use for font sizes.
Smallest Font Size: Tags will be displayed no smaller than this value.
Largest Font Size: Tags will be displayed no larger that this value.
Cloud Format: How to display the cloud.
Select Tags Randomly: Select your tags randomly from database.
Sort by: What field to sort by.
Sort Order: Direction of sort.
Exclude Tags: These tags won't display in cloud.
Include Tags: Only these tags will display in cloud.
Your Tags Page ID: If you want to add a link to your tags archive page, write its page id. You can format 'Show All Tags' link by adding 'alltags_link' class in your style.css.

how do you write a tags archive page? i'm not good at this but i created a tags archive page anyway so it can generate a page id. it's currently blank.

Please, read this page to create a tags archive page.
Open theme editor in your control panel. Select style.css and write at the end of it or anywhere:

}
You don't have to write style code. This is optional. If you customize this link, you can insert.

Like your widget. Thanks! Are you going to update it? Have a few suggestions for next version.
1) allow multiple instances of the widget in the sidebar
2) include the 'taxonomy' parameter to allow tags, categories and links to be mixed.
3) include a parameter to expand line-height so the tags don't appear crushed together-- via css perhaps?

Can you please correct a problem with the plugin?
If the font size is given in "em" units then your plugin only uses integer sizes, 1em or 0em, but not able to handle 0.9 em or 1.1 em. This is a bug. Thank you for fixing it!

I have a problem though - some of the tags disappear from the tag cloud after a while (in both IE and Firefox). Do you know why, or how to fix this?

@Sue, if you check "Select Tags Randomly" checkbox, the tags will be displayed randomly. In your website, you checked this. Please, unchecked this option and retry.

Hi again Yakup
I'm still having problems with the random tag cloud.
In IE it works fine, but in both Firefox and Safari, some of the tags are missing.
I am not using the widget, so in the Sidebar.php file I changed rsec to 0.
Please help! Can you see what I'm doing wrong?
